Fast Aire Motorcycle Products warrants that this product is free of manufacturing defects upon delivery to you. If you find a defect or something that doesnt look right to you, please contact Fast Aire immediately. If you do not tell us...we will not know & can not resolve the issue with you.

If a product is delivered to you and a defect is discovered, contact us immediately and do not install the product. If the product is installed, then all defect claims maybe void.

Each claim of a defect will be handled on an individual basis. Fast Aire will have the final say in all defect claims. We know the difference between a defect and inflicted damage.

Windshields: Since our windshields are shipped with a pre-bonded protective layer on each side of the windshield, you are the first person to see the material since it left the factory. It is possible that a defect could be hiding underneath the layer and we can not see it.

Note: The windshield is Laser Cut or CNC Router Cut, so on occasion an area of an edge maybe sharp.  If you find a sharp edge, this is not a defect. You can use 600 grit sandpaper to carefully and lightly remove any sharp edges.

Chrome Products: The process of applying chrome is labor intensive. Each piece is handled several times before the final product is packaged. Chrome items are 100% visually inspected before packaging but because of the human factor, the possibility of an error is always there. A slight nick, scratch or chrome burr can be over looked by the chrome shop and the part is packaged up. After the part is put into it's protective sleeve, Fast Aire does not remove it before shipping. 

Powder Coating: Just like chrome, powder coating is done manually. Each piece is handled several times before the final product is packaged. Powder coated items are visually inspected before packaging but because of so much handling, the possibility of an error is always there. A slight nick, scratch or void can be over looked by the shop and the part is packaged up. Over spray build-up around & into the bolt holes is not a defect. 

Nuts, Bolts & Washers: We buy all of our hardware from US companies. Since we purchase the hardware in bulk, its possible that a incorrect part can get mixed in. We do all we can to make sure the customer gets the correct part. But, if you get an incorrect hardware piece, let us know.

Shipping: We ship using the US Postal Priority Mail. If the package is damaged due to shipping or handling, inspect the product contained inside before installing.

Instructions: Please read the Installation Instructions that comes with the product. We spend alot of time writing them so the installation will go easily & safely.  If you do not read the instructions and just throw the Fast Aire product on your bike. Well, don't call us and complain that it "just broke" or one the screws fell out going down the road.

Refunds:
It is Fast Aire's hope that you would not find a reason to request a refund. However, we know that sometimes a refund may be the best solution in providing Excellent Customer Satisfaction. When this is the case, Fast Aire "Requires" that the item(s) being refunded be returned to Fast Aire "Before" a refund is granted. Please contact us before returning any item for a refund.

Disclaimer:
Motorcycles come from the Factory meeting all required US Dept. of Transportation (DOT) standards. Any modification to a motorcycle that deviates from these DOT standards, could violate your State's and/or Federal DOT requirements.

In addition, installation of a shorter and/or darker than stock OEM windshield may violate your State's or local DOT requirements.

If you modify any component of your motorcycle, you are accepting all responsibilities for your actions including: It was your choice to buy ta product, reading the instructions, safely securing the motorcycle before working on it. using the correct tools for the job.

Fast Aire Performance Products shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, injury or deaths caused by any modification to your motorcycle or during the operation of a motorcycle... including the installation of any of Fast Aire's products. Riding a motorcycle is a personal choice and by doing so, the rider and/or passenger are solely responsible for their actions.

Final Statement: We do all we can to make a High Quality Product.  If you purchase a Fast Aire product and for whatever reason you are not satisfied with it, contact us and we will do what we can to make you happy. Please understand that we stand behind our Quality and Engineering and will never knowingly sell a defective product. It's not how we are and it's just not good business.
